WAAAAAY too many sections
[edit]This article seems to be a decent piece of work, but it has far too many sections in it, and thus seems choppy. I basically see consolidating the article into less sections and perhaps rearranging a little as a solution, but lack the familiarity with the topic to do a top-notch job.
