Shaker Maker was sold in Europe well before the end of the 1970s. I recall them being heavily advertised in the UK in around 1973-74, and they were a popular Christmas toy in those years. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.198.33.252 (talkcontribs) 09:46, 29 October 2008

Sale in Australia

I had the "Hippies" version as a child in Australia and I remember the Disney version too. The female "hippy" had a large head that when still wet, would roll off her shoulders, leaving a headless figure. She also had a small palstic protest sign that you could insert into their hands before they dried. Philifoo (talk) 01:05, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
