Baptist ministers as good sources

Trained church activists a century ago made numerous social studies, and scholars have given them high praise. In this case the majority of sharecroppers, and landowners, were Baptist, so ministers had easy access to discussions with both sides, and were trusted by all parties. They provide some of the next info available on sharecropping the United States. Both black and white Baptist ministers are cited here Rjensen (talk) 09:54, 10 June 2016 (UTC)
