Comments[edit]

  • One dab link
  • The episode was directed by Steven Dean Moore and written by Bill Freiberger, whom executive producer and show runner Al Jean had met while working with him on the television series Teen Angel. Get rid of bolded part
  • The episode features actor Richard Gere, who agreed to star as long as Buddhism was portrayed accurately, and as long as Lisa would say "Free Tibet" in the episode, the last of which did not occur. Change the bolded part to "though this last requirement did not occur" - or something similar
  • Following The Simpsons thirteenth season's release Removed bolded part (not necessary)
  • Homer enlists the help of his nerdy college roommates, Gary, Doug, and Benjamin, to build a rocket piloted by the hamster Nibbles. Homer went to college? Or are they roommates of Flanders?
  • It also comments on the "all or nothing, we're right, you're all going to hell mentality" of some Christians movements.[5] This may be slightly NPOV. Perhaps reword. Possible rewording: "It also comments on what the writers believe to be the "all or nothing, we're right, you're all going to hell mentality" of some Christian movements"
  • of some Christians movements Christians is singular
  • Ref 8-10 need retrieval dates
  • Add "pictured" to Richard Gere image
  • I enjoyed reading the article, and feel it is almost ready for GA status. Please fix the article per my comments above, and respond back on this page when you are finished. In the meantime, I will place it on hold for seven days. Thanks, Ruby2010 comment! 20:58, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • I fixed everything except the source retrieval dates. The nerds were from the episode Homer Goes to College, I put "former roommates", but didn't list the episode name. CTJF83 21:31, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Is there a reason ref 8-10 have no link to the site? CTJF83 21:37, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Turns out I forgot to add links, sorry for the inconvenience. However, I could not post the link to Suite101, as it currently blocked for whatever reason.Queenieacoustic (talk) 22:11, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you both for responding so quickly to this review. It is almost ready to be passed. Please note that the NPOV comment has not yet been addressed, and ref 8 still needs a retrieval date. Thanks, Ruby2010 comment! 23:06, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Also, you should wikilink Suite101.com on ref 8. Thanks, Ruby2010 comment! 23:07, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Fixed the NPOV issue. Again, because the site is blocked by Wikipedia, I can't post a link, and therefore not a retrieval date.

(edit) Seems like the issue is resolved then, thanks CTJF83! Queenieacoustic (talk) 08:29, 12 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
