The link to Neal Szpatura's interview at Strange Horizons now has a permalink; changed to reflect new page/URL. Making note here before making change on page. Caltonia (talk) 23:10, 13 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

GtWC

[edit]

User Atlant wikilinked GtWC but there are some problems with the GtWC article. I posted on the discussion there ... but I want to know if it's the right book that was linked to. The story is right, but the author is wrong as are some of the categories. Anyone know what the deal is? --Talia 01:02, 22 Jun 2005 (UTC)

The mistakes in that GtWC article were entirely mine and I have now corrected them; thanks for pointing them out! Please feel free to be bold whenever you see errors like this, especially for those articles where I have simply made foolish cut-n-paste errors. :-)

Feminist SF vs. Feminist Slant

[edit]

I reverted the change from "feminist science fictin" back to "frequently with a feminist slant" since not all of her writing is feminist in nature. Much of her early writing in particular has no feminist input, and her last book is slight on feminism, if it contains any at all. CMacMillan 18:58, 9 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tiny clean up

[edit]

"Grass" was listed both under series and non-series. I've removed it from the latter. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 81.104.166.224 (talkcontribs).

Thanks! You are, of course, correct.

And The Water(s) Rising is under both Plague of angels series and Non-series with different publishers in the same year. Which one is correct? CDijkgraaf (talk) 04:12, 9 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

SF convention question

[edit]

As far as I can find, she has only consented to be Guest of Honor to one convention, that being WisCon. Is there any reliable source I can use to back that up? --Orange Mike | Talk 21:07, 7 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Should Tepper be included in the category "American eugenicists"?

[edit]

Interviews like this one indicate she was pro-eugenics. Could anyone please tell me if I was right to include her in this category? Thylacine24 (talk) 19:27, 17 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

There is nothing in the article to support inclusion in that category. Please see WP:CATDEF. Schazjmd (talk) 19:58, 17 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Correction: WP:CATVER is a better link. Schazjmd (talk) 20:07, 17 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
There is NOTHING in that interview to support such a characterization. --Orange Mike | Talk 20:34, 17 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
