Shreve Alabama I believe this little town is named after my great great grandfather and his wife. They lived in Butler county when my great grandfather..Edward L Shreve (s) was born in 1855..so it really fits because grandfather was Thomas M Shreve who was married to Liza Ann Ratliff.[edit]
