This article is wrong because asturianleonese and european portuguese? is the same way in unstressed and sometimes stress vowels[edit]
Leonese. inform yourselves. sicilian is not unique, nor unstress neutralizing (also in romanian and slavic languages like russian), thus universal overall, not unique within romance, nor one subfamily on its own (nor neapolitan by reducing in its own ways). older literature on romance languages is uninformed (and biased politically? sometimes?) All of the citations of references are incomplete[edit]
I tagged the first two, then noticed that all citations are incomplete in one or several ways. In the worst cases, they are useless. North Carolina Studies... is an ongoing series of unrelated monographs, with nine independent volumes published in 1973, none of them identifiable by either title or author as likely sources for Sicilian phonology.
