Lots of adjective used without any citation / justification[edit]

This wiki on Rowlatt seems to be sprinkled with positive adjectives. No harm in that, but they need sufficient references to justify them. Else I suggest that these abundant adjectives (covert peacock words?) they be deleted so that the wiki is factual. Notthebestusername (talk) 08:54, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
