Some issues[edit]

@Georgejdorner: I've done some surgery to clean this up, but there are still a few problems:

"There are four or five simulations per year"

What is this statement about? It does not appear to be about Sigma I-62? Is this a general statement about US wargaming in general? If so, some major editing is needed to clarify this.

Why is this here? It doesn't seem to have anything to do with this article in particular.

Are we talking later runs in the Sigma series? If so my edits have introduced inaccuracies. Can you check this one?
