Missions and sponsors[edit]

How many missions does this organization have? The article lists two; then, in the case of one, we're told that its mission is to support its mission. There must be a more straightforward way to describe the organization's mission.

Also, if the organization was founded just today, how does it already have a previous fiscal sponsor? Largoplazo (talk) 02:30, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Largoplazo. I encourage you to be bold. If you see a way to improve this new article, please feel free to edit and contribute. :-)
I removed the duplicate mission statement and the use of "previously". --MZMcBride (talk) 02:46, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with the decision to choose the mission statement that they've published on the official website. --Dodi 8238 (talk) 12:52, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for fixing the {{official}} URL! I noticed my sloppy copying and pasting when I was initially editing/drafting the article and meant to fix it, but clearly forgot. --MZMcBride (talk) 01:24, 23 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Shouldn't this article be moved to Signal Technology Foundation?[edit]

That's the actual name of the foundation (see the lede paragraph). Their initial announcements called it the Signal Foundation, but that isn't the name that it ended up with. Gnuish (talk) 04:33, 7 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
