Recalled back?[edit]

Hi. I don't understand why "recalled back" is better than "recalled". It's this sentence: "Bury offered Huddersfield £300,000 for the winger and the move looked a done deal, until Huddersfield, impressed with his form, recalled Baldry back to the club." or "Bury offered Huddersfield £300,000 for the winger and the move looked a done deal, until Huddersfield, impressed with his form, recalled Baldry to the club." Since "recalled" includes the idea of a move back, do we really need to say "back" for what is in effect the second time? Cheers DBaK (talk) 17:53, 7 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Name spelling[edit]

Is it really Simon Johnathan Baldry or the more common Simon Jonathan Baldry? I've assumed the latter but of course I don't really know for sure - do you? Is there a reference for either spelling? Best wishes DBaK (talk) 18:05, 7 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
