The only section, Rights in Citizenship of Singapore, seems to be a rewrite or reinterpretation of the Rights section in Singaporean nationality law. It is also largely unsourced. This seems to be a content fork than anything else. – robertsky (talk) 17:21, 24 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Support merge—no sources have been presented showing that these are different topics. I tried to boldly redirect but that was undone apparently. buidhe 17:49, 24 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Support the merge, I agree that the Citizenship of Singapore appears only to be a rewrite of the section already present in this article. Maybe when the time comes, this article can be recreated with more notable information. --Deoma12(Talk) 17:50, 30 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Registration vs. Naturalization[edit]

The article has two sections on these, which give the impression that they are distinct mechanisms for acquiring citizenship, but the section on registration seems to indicate that "registration" is merely the term used in the constitution of Singapore for what is usually called "naturalization". This should be clarified.Bill (talk) 03:59, 2 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
