I commonly use licenced as the past participle of licence see https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/licenced

That's an archaic spelling. Common usage is to use S in the verb. If you think we should change to using an outdated spelling, then you should raise it at Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style/Spelling. Bazonka (talk) 19:10, 4 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
