Quality of Article[edit]

The article appears to have been written by an editor who is not fluent in English and requires referencing and revision. Further, paragraphs towards the end of the article descend into praise for Sinosteel and predictions for the future; I will have a look at these now and see if they can be removed without eliminating any relevant information. Rare earths[edit]
