Pronouns

[edit]

Hogue states in her Instagram and twitter bios that her pronouns are she/he. I'm not sure why this article uses they/them pronouns, but it might be wise to change the pronouns. LemonOrangeLime (talk) 03:49, 4 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I think Hogue had previously listed pronouns as she/he/they but don’t have evidence to hand. Think ‘they’ was kept to for editing ease consistency before but agree this should probably be changed and an explanation included. Should it be always she/he, her/him, or hers/his rather than alternating? Lewishhh (talk) 01:10, 5 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I agree on changing and including an explanation but I'm not sure of the conventions around she/he pronouns. LemonOrangeLime (talk) 19:08, 14 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I've updated the page to use she/he and her/him. I've found a source (already used in the article) for previous use of 'they' but even in that Hogue states a specific liking for 'he' and 'she'. Lewishhh (talk) 10:35, 15 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
