Birth place[edit]

It seems to me "Born at Milford House near Salisbury" needs to be rephrased. This seems to suggest Staunton was born in a house called "Milford House". And this house does exist. However, Staunton's memoir suggested "I was born...at Milford, near Salisbury", rather than a house called "Milford House". The real world "Milford House", according to its website, was home for Earl of Ilchester. It doesn't seem to be what Staunton suggested as "house of my maternal grandfather, Benjamin Collins, Esq".

So seems to me it's better to reword as "born at Milford, near Salisbury".
