The elder Sir William Soame[edit]

Sir William Soame, son of Stephen Soame, was Sheriff of Suffolk in 1633. He was the grandfather of this one, according to Burke. Other sources such as [1] make him the father, but I don't see that is right. Charles Matthews (talk) 07:48, 27 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
