ASA ruling overturned?

Someone who seems to have a COI is claiming that the ASA ruling regarding fake reviews was overturned. Yet neither of the two refs provided show that. In fact they show the opposite. Perhaps user:AviationGeek123/user:SkytraxMiller could indicate exactly where in the refs provided it says that the ASA ruling was overturned? Harry the Dog WOOF 11:29, 21 January 2014 (UTC) There has been NO mention of the ASA ruling regarding fake reviews being overturned.

The ruling that was overturned was related to the Official Status as clearly stated. Please do not take these words out of context. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AviationGeek123 (talkcontribs) 11:35, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
Then please supply a ref to back that up. I can't see it in the two that are there, but if you can show me the wording (or add another ref that supports the claim) then I will withdraw my objection. Harry the Dog WOOF 11:39, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
Thank you for your understanding. I do not have a conflict on interest but wish to update the situation regarding the ASA 2012 ruling. I shall find a suitable reference for this item — Preceding unsigned comment added by AviationGeek123 (talkcontribs) 11:45, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
I will accept in good faith that you do not have a COI (although I do note that this morning these changes were first introduced by a user called "SkytraxMiller" so you can see I am sure why someone would suspect that both that user and you are the same person or at least have some connection). As it is, the one ref [1] supplied states "Because we had not seen any evidence demonstrating that the term "Official Star Ranking(TM)" had been agreed at an industry-wide level, we concluded that it was misleading." and "We also told them ... not to use the term "Official Quality Star Ranking (TM)" unless they could show that this programme had been created in co-operation with the airline industry as a whole." It may well be that Skytrax has shown this to the ASA's satisfaction but a ref is required to back that up before it can be included in the article.Harry the Dog WOOF 11:39, 21 January 2014 (UTC)

Actually, having looked at the Skytrax website, it appears that they have removed all mention of "official", instead using terms like "the Professional Quality Rating by Skytrax". This leads me to believe that the ASA ruling stands, otherwise I am sure Skytrax would have been quick to restore "official" to the site. Harry the Dog WOOF 14:28, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
