IMHO, this article does not meet the NPOV requirement. The section [Before politics] is solely based on Binev's personal website. Large sections of the biography about Binev's business life, his alleged ties to maffia circles, and even his 1993 abduction (all of which are included in the Bulgarian-language version that is current at the time of this writing) are missing.
