Seperation

[edit]

In my opinion it might be acceptable and possibly better to dismerge/seperate some of the articles in this topic. Such as the section talking about slipspace travel in the Halo Universe due to lengh and difference of this section compared to the others. Rearete 22:17, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The sections don't look so different to me. It's all basically the same science-fiction concept. Plus, I don't think this article is long enough to seriously consider splitting it. The new articles created would have to become stubs. -- Lilwik 22:28, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Introduction

[edit]

Currently the introduction says that the term is used in David Brin's Uplift series. But the rest of the article describes its use everywhere else except in David Brin's Uplift series. Either the intro needs to be changed to describe how the term is used more broadly than just David Brin's Uplift series, or something about David Brin's Uplift series needs to be added to the main body of the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 148.177.1.212 (talk) 20:00, 21 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

"Mushroom Drive" in Star Trek Discovery?

[edit]

Should Star Trek Discovery's "Mushroom Drive" be included here? I haven't watched the series, so don't know the specifics of how it's supposed to work. Jimw338 (talk) 22:13, 31 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
