From what I can see from the sources at the moment, this article doesn't really satisfy the General Notability Guideline. Reference changed , I believe that PCWORD and San Francisco government sources are good enough.

@Davidy2001: After reviewing the references, it seems that the concept of a smartphone kill switch is more general and decidedly more notable than this one initiative, so I decided to be bold and rename the article, and rewrite it a bit to adapt it to the general topic. --Slashme (talk) 20:36, 15 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
