What, exactly, makes the device less concealable and more alarming to law enforcement than normal tools? First, I can't imagine the device, which is not especially large, would be difficult to conceal on one's person—at least no more so than a set of tools. Second, if the would-be burglar is subjected to a search, aren't normal tools just as incriminating as a snap gun? WP Ludicer (talk) 21:04, 15 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
