An article called "Snow Skate" would make more scence to me than "Snow skating." Any thoughts...

Compare Skateboarding and Skateboard. This article just needs to be expanded in general before we worry about the naming standards. --Liface 03:36, 17 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think snowskating involves a skate deck and instead of wheels on the trucks, there are skis. They sell them on http://ccs.com/

Actually, the vast majority of non-CCS snowskates consist of either a deck with one wide ski on the bottom, or no ski at all. 70.41.162.159 (talk) 12:41, 8 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal

[edit]

They seem like they're basically the same thing, just a brand name difference? I don't know a lot about winter sports personally. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Colin Barrett (talkcontribs) 01:23, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I say go for it. It will be a longer task then normal but, it is feasible.

Example:Place top level category name here(e.x: bindless snow board)

[edit]

Place top level category name here(e.x: bindless snow board) is an extreme sport were participants use binding-free boards on flat or inclined snow to preform acrobatic and technical tricks similar to skateboarding and snowboarding.
