The company in Dubai has no connection to company in India. They are two different companies with different stakeholders. The company is uae has no connection or common stakeholders and is an entirely different entity than company in India. When I checked both articles, I wondered if that was the case, but both claim to have been founded by P. N. C. Menon. Also, I note that Sobha (company) "has operations running in Oman and Dubai as Sobha Realty." and Sobha LLC " is functional in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Brunei, and India". I suspect the relationship between the two is not accurately summarized as "two different companies". This relationship needs to be clarified in both articles, and it's entirely possible that the two articles would be better merged. Sobha in india in a listed company in both the NSE and BSE. Their stakeholders are public. Shobha LLC in UAE is a different entity known as Shobha LLC with all stakeholders different and PNC Menon is the only common name but every other stake holder is different. There is some wrong information in the Indian Wikipedia page as pointed out (HunterThompson22 (talk) 03:24, 30 December 2022 (UTC))
