Article needs cleanup and expert review

[edit]

The article has several issues.

  • The article seems focused on distinguishing between technical jargons, e.g. there is a section titled "Key concepts (how social project management differs from Project Management 2.0)".
  • The "Key concepts" section does not cite sufficient relevant sources.
  • The "History" section seems irrelevant given the lack of extensive development on the concept with. There is only 1 key contribution listed.
  • "History" section seems lacking of verifiable facts.
  • The section "Social project management requirements shift" has an unclear title. After reading the contents of that section it is still not clear what is being stated.
  • The article does not have an encyclopaedic tone.
  • The article may need to be modified so that it focuses on what "Social project management" is, rather than focus on what it is not.
  • The article seems overly verbose. It may need to be re-written so that it focuses on explaining the basic concepts.
  • This article relies excessively on buzz words (including Ambient awareness, Project management 2.0, Social business software, Web 2.0), which dilutes the substantive value of the article itself.

I think that this article needs attention from more Wikipedians with expertise on this concept who will be able to find and incorporate additional sources.

I will add the flags: `cleanup` and `expert-subject` to the top of the article.
