Hi. Thank you for your interest in donating material to Wikipedia. We will need an additional step to verify that this material can be used, as the site in question displays a copyright notice, here, and has not indicated a release of this material according to the terms of GFDL. Please see "donating copyrighted materials".
The simplest way to verify that this material may be used is to grant permission at the website, by adding a note that your site--or the relevant portion of it--is licensed under the GFDL or is in the public domain. If you choose to do this, please just place a note here letting us know that you've done so, and once we've verified that the material can be restored. Alternatively, if you want to grant Wikipedia permission to use material from your site, but don't want to place a statement to that effect on your site, you may send a "declaration of consent" to permissions-en at wikimedia dot org. It is important that this consent allow release of the material under a license compatible with GFDL, as material hosted on Wikipedia may be reused or modified and reprinted in other sources, commercial or otherwise, so long as authorship credit is maintained.
As you were requested at your talk page to supply this information on June 1st and have evidently not been online, I will contact the e-mail address provided for the ISBTC to see if I can verify this directly. If I can't and you do not take further steps to verify our permissions, we will, regretfully, have to remove this material. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 20:52, 6 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
On July 6 at approximately 21:00 UTC, I wrote to the organization in question requesting permission. If no response is received, the article should be deleted after 7 days, on July 13. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 21:14, 6 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I received permission on July 8 at approximately 17:20 UTC and forwarded it to the Communications Committee. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 17:28, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
