Almost all the material on this page is quoted verbatim from their website[edit]

This page simply repeats the text from their website. There is no outside or objective information, nothing that's not already on their website.

The previous consideration of the deletion of this page noted that a Google search on the phrase "Sofia University" had 65,000 hits. I suspect that most of those are searching for Sofia University in Sofia, Bulgaria. Social Norm (talk) 23:28, 21 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Adding 4 secondary references, including New York Times and SF Chronicle.--Hawol (talk) 23:50, 14 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Refimprove-tag[edit]

The article now includes 7 refs. Secondary references include New York Times, SF Chronicle and The Arts in Psychotherapy. The other references are, in my understanding, primary. They are probably authored by the University, but are published by an external online news distributor (PRWeb). I'm removing the refimprove-tag.--Hawol (talk) 18:08, 6 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Institution founded - 1975 or 1976?[edit]

I'm well aware that the University itself, as well as a few other significant sources, state that the institution was founded in 1975. This is probably true. However, two other sources, which I consider to be strong sources, say 1976. One of them is even the Textbook of Transpersonal Psychology and Psychiatry (Chinen, 1996). However, the latest standard introduction to Transpersonal Psychology, The Wiley-Blackwell Handbook of Transpersonal Psychology, says 1975, so I guess that settles the matter....for now.--Hawol (talk) 19:28, 1 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Promotional language?[edit]

Template message (as of January 2019) states that "article contains content that is written like an advertisement", but it does not identify which passages that are problematic. If we are going to adress this issue, in an editorial fashion, then we need to identify which passages that are problematic and, therefore, need to be re-written. Input is welcomed.--Hawol (talk) 09:59, 31 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Wondering your connection with the institution? Best Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 04:01, 21 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I have no connection with the institution. I live in Scandinavia.--Hawol (talk) 15:11, 1 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
