Updates by an eye witness[edit]

I'm pushing 40 years in IT, and was actually a beta tester for some of SPC's products way back when. I've also used them all, trained people to use them, have written about them; and had installed them, back in the day, at over 100 companies and non-profit organizations. So I know a lot about it.

While reading the SPC article, here, I spotted some issues; and I also spotted some on the pfs:Write page, and the Harvard Graphics page. So I decided to expand and correct, beginning here, on the SPC article. I've now gotten some work done on the pfs:Write page, as well; and will, hopefully tomorrow, get the Harvard Graphics page tightened-up.

I'm not done here yet, though, because now I need to go back and add some additional ciations/references. But at least the correct information is finally all there. But at least it's a far cry better than it was. At least it now has actual sections! More soon!
