Justification

As there is already published an entrance for wind power forecasting, I think an entrance for solar power generation is also relevant. Contents have been completed and sources have been indentified, as they are mentioned in the article. The contents are original and do not violate any rights.

Issues

The language is not only very poor, particularly in the generation forecasting paragraph, but also it is not approachable and therefore not suitable for the expected audience.
