"Double A-side" needs clarification[edit]

Wikipedia's own description of a Double A-side disc (wikilinked from this article) is very different to the meaning intended here. This article describes a disc with TWO songs on the A-side, and a third song on the B-side, whereas the linked reference describes a disc with only one song on each side, but both songs intended for air-play on radio. I'm not sure whether the linked article should be expanded to cover this unusual case, or whether it should be made clear in this article that "Double A-side" has an different meaning to usual. But something should be done - at the moment it's confusing, and/or Wikipedia is self-contradicting. And the same applies to the article Candle in the Wind 1997. As far as I can see there is no confusion. Double A-sides have always been singles with both tracks intended for airplay. Also by 1997 the term 'side' was becoming more and more meaningless, with 7-inch singles already less and less common. Smurfmeister (talk) 09:48, 21 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
