Changing the page title to "Something like Summer (film)"

[edit]

I feel as though that there should be a clear distinction between "Something Like Summer" the film and "Something Like Summer" the novel. I propose to 'move' the page in order to fix disambiguation between the two entities. Thoughts? Greenthumb333 (talk) 22:19, 7 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Synopsis as long as a novel

[edit]

That is a honkin' long synopsis, literally a blow-by-blow of the film (which hasn't been released as of this date, therefore full of spoilers). I'd suggest slimming this to the length of an actual synopsis. BTW, I'm the film's producer so it's not appropriate for me to do this myself, but I'd love to see it done. Ronny

[edit]

Has anyone reviewed the synopsis? It mentions a character called Ronny, but the character is not in the list of characters or mentioned again. It seems to be a mistake. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Chriscarlos (talkcontribs) 19:06, May 23, 2024 (UTC)

That does seem suspect, and per WP:PLOT, we should only have a plot summary in service of an article body that discusses the film through secondary sources. Since there is barely any content here, it would be best to streamline the summary into something concise especially proportional to the rest of the article.
