Ironic?

[edit]

What is so ironic about the gun being illegal?124.185.246.104 10:16, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Answer: Because Tony just got off from being pinched on illegal gun charge.

I'm not going to change it because it will create a revert war, but that's not irony. People call anything that's odd or coincidental "ironic" when it's usually not the case (Alanis Morrisette possibly being the worst offender). Irony must somehow deconstruct itself, as something is both true and false at the same time. Wesleymullins 16:54, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You're right, but I must point out that Alanis Morrisette song is a great example of "irony" and I'm still debating whether it was intentional or not. --148.241.24.45 03:56, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Alanis Morrisette song IS NOT IRONY!! Its annoyances. "Ten thousand spoons when all you need is a knife" is not irony. Irony would be looking for a knife, and having a Cutco Sales Rep knock at your door. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.182.240.92 (talk) 05:49, 23 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Should probably also mention that Bobby drops the gun at the scene of the crime. I think that's rather important.

The shirt is rather important, I think. But the gun? It's standard to drop it at the scene. --148.241.24.45 03:56, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Where in the episode was Dominic Chianese’s son?

Yeah, what did that mean... who is Dominic in the episode?

Who's hair got shot?

[edit]

In Janice's story, there were four in the car - Johnny Boy, Livia, Junior and Junior's goomar. Janice tells us that the goomar is the source of the story. The point of the story is that Johnny Boy shot Livia through the hair, and that she had to get a bob the next day. Tony doesn't like the story being told because, as he says, it makes the family appear 'disfunctional'. I haven't reviewed my Tivo to verify this, but I'm pretty sure it was Livia, not the goomar who got the new hair style. I don't think it would make much sense if it were Johnny Boy's goomar - would you expect Johnny Boy's kids to be familiar enough with a goomar to notice, the very next day, that she just got a bob? Can anyone confirm? Ronnotel 18:54, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It was Junior's girl.

No, it was not it was Livia. Trust me, i own every episode

Fair use rationale for Image:Sopranoshomemovies.jpg

[edit]

Image:Sopranoshomemovies.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Does this really meet the featured article criteria? Lots of sections are entirely unreferenced and possibly contain original research. Also, reference 1 appears to be WP:SYNTH. Taylor Trescott - my talk + my edits 00:35, 15 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
