Embassy category?[edit]

Article says he was the ambassador to Moscow. Does that mean USSR or Russian Federation? Or both? If he was ambassador during Soviet period, then the category 'to Russia' should be changed. --Soman (talk) 20:08, 5 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
