Removing section - National Advocates[edit]

With this edit I removed the National Advocates section. The link is dead (archived Oct. 1 2011) and the only mention of National Advocates I could find on the web site was in their history page, when for United States Presidents George H. W. Bush and Jimmy Carter became National Advocates in 2005. Since the entire page on their web site dealing with National Advocates is down, I'm going to assume that either the program has ended or it is no longer emphasized and as such, would be considered trivia in this article. In any case, if it is restored, it should either be done in a historical context or it should contain an up-to-date, verified list of current National Advocates and, if other editors feel it is encyclopedic, past advocates with their dates of service. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 19:59, 2 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
