4th place colours[edit]

If the national team didn't receive a reward for the 4th place finish (and you don't receive one at the FIFA World Cup) it should NOT be in blue background per WP:FOOTYCOLOURS and consensus reached at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Football/Archive 155#Fourth place, so if you want to change this rule then you would have to open a new discussion at WP Football and reach a new consensus.

And no, the stuff like "several other national teams have blue background for 4th place finish, so it should be here as well" is not a valid reason (WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS), so instead of re-adding it there, go and delete it from other pages instead as the consensus on that matter is pretty clear, background colours should be used only for the actual medals (1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place).
