Notable alumni section

I was working on citing sources in this section and noticed Myra McLarey did not have a Wikipedia article so I am wondering if she should be removed from this section. I know for the notable people section of towns/cities, a person must have their own Wikipedia article to establish notability, and I wondered if the same was true for notable alumni sections?
