Contested deletion[edit]
This page should not be speedy deleted because... This article is just a stub but could be expanded into an article that meets WP:EVENT. It surely needs to go through a longer process than WP:CSD to decide whether it's worthy. The floods appears to have affected a large number of people and resulted in large number of casualties. Sourcing and expansion is required, but that's a case for fixing it, not deletion.--Johnsemlak (talk) 10:42, 11 July 2011 (UTC)
