Growth

[edit]

With the current and seemingly increasing amount of funds devoted to space by both NASA, DoD and private enterprise (Virgin Galactic, for example), it would seem that Spacedev is in a good position to capitalize on its engineering expertise and SpaceShipOne engine developmental experience. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.47.109.172 (talkcontribs) .

COTS

[edit]

Need an update for SpaceDev losing the NASA COTS proposal. Some, myself included thought they had a good chance to be one of the two winners (SpaceX and Rocketplane-Kistler). Still, they have a pretty robust set of contracts, albeit mostly low dollar value. —Taka2007 05:19, 25 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've updated the article to reflect that it was not a Phase 1 winner, but it would be nice if someone could find an external reference that explicitly states that its proposal was rejected and some of the reasons for it. -- Bovineone 19:38, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Article Links to Non-Existent Pages

[edit]

Perhaps the non-authored pages should be created or the wiki links removed. There are several. Spinlock55 (talk) 23:52, 28 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
