Ok, this article has been changed so many times and contains much original speculation on the evolution of the space navy. We need to get some cited facts in here.

Personally, I think (and I need to find some sources to back this up) as space navies are flying organizations, they adapt their structure very loosly from the nautical traditions in civilian flying as well as the nautical traditons of some air forces, particulary the commonwealth air forces.

Moving this article to a list[edit]

This article consists of a single lead-in paragraph and a list of fictional space navies. The paragraph is entirely made up of original research, and removing it leaves just the list.

I'm going to redact the entire paragraph, move the content to List of fictional space navies and redirect this article there. If any books or military journal articles exist that discuss real plans or research for actual space navies, I would suggest using those as the basis for any article that would replace the redirect that I'm making. This needs to be properly moved, not just copied into a new article. I've tagged List of fictional space navies for speedy deletion; once it's gone, use Special:Movepage/Space navy to shift the article to the new title. Chris Cunningham 20:12, 4 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Move has been done properly. A Traintalk 20:20, 4 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
