GA review (see here for what the criteria are, and here for what they are not)

  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (reference section): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR): d (copyvio and plagiarism):
Checked with Eargwig's Copy vio detector. 17.4%--refers back to sources credited, and key words and phrases. Nothing I found extraordinary.
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects): b (focused):
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images and other media, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free content have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
Nicely done, and I commend you on your persistence with this and Spanish conquest of Honduras
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:

Untitled[edit]

"...advantage in terms of weaponry."

A lot of the claims made in the sources cited in regards to the degree of the advantage provided by weapons used in battle sound nothing more than conjecture or one-sided agenda driven accounts. With a large portion of the population dying or physically weakened by diseases, in all likelihood that was a bigger contributing factor than war, let alone weaponry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.59.117.190 (talk) 12:40, 27 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Can El Salvador be said to be the smallest country in Central America considering Belize exists with only 600,000?[edit]

It seems strange to me that in the introductory paragraph, El Salvador was stated to be the smallest Central American country (with a population of millions) while Belize has 419,199 pop. (2020)? I recommend this be revised/reworded. — Preceding unsigned comment added by HolmKønøman (talkcontribs) 21:59, 17 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
