Sources of information

[edit]

I haven't got time to look at them now, as it's the early hours of the morning here in the UK, and my bed is calling to me, but some possible sources of information might be found here:

If I get a chance to, I'll look up some of these tomorrow (well, later today in my time zone!).

Specialised non-conducting handles?

[edit]

The statement about specialised non-conductive handles makes no sense as is. The only handle materials mentioned to that point are wood and fibreglass, both non-conductive. A non-conductive handle is thus standard and not specialised. LowKey (talk) 00:31, 24 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Should this article be reverted to the 2009 version?

[edit]

Looking at the revision history of this article, it's painfully evident that most edits were made by people who've likely never seen a spike maul, let alone actually used one. The early version by Gandydancer2009 is accurate and reasonably complete, and it seems to me it would improve things to revert back to that version.
