NPOV[edit]

The following changes have been made since the "looks like an advertisement" flag was added, specifically intended to remove point of view (npov violations):

-removed disambiguation throughout

-removed phrases like: many, notable, substantial, recognized widely, etc.

-The assertion that Spot Welders has been focused on a design centric environment has been removed, relying on the citation of specific designers and architects to make that case without point of view.

-The opening paragraph has been rewritten to follow NPOV standards.

-additional references citing awards and published collaborations have been added.

please view the revision differences between the advert tag version and current here: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spot_Welders&diff=217627037&oldid=216751323

I will solicit direct editor feedback on these revisions, with the intention of removing the advert tag.

please add feedback, Shamus00 (talk) 03:32, 10 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Following your request at WP:EAR, I've made some further edits in order to focus the article on its topic. While everything you wrote is doubtless true, it's not immediately relevant and certainly contributed to the perception of advertising. I've also removed the tag. --AndrewHowse (talk) 19:18, 10 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The article sounded too much like a press release. I have since reworded it up a bit and restructured parts. It still needs work. Please read my edit comment. --tonsofpcs (Talk) 04:37, 16 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
