Location of Srikakulam

[edit]

Location of Srikakulam pointed in India map shown in the page is not location of Srikakulam town (district headquarters). It is location of another village with same name in Krishna district.

Incomplete sentence

However, since it shares a border with the East Indian state of Orissa. Can one of the editors of this entry look into this? Thanks! Wiki San Roze talk 16:51, 26 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Srikakulam

[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Srikakulam's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Town or city

[edit]

@Santhosh 42: I've reverted ]https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Srikakulam&diff=815653646&oldid=815291744 your recent edit] where you changed the description of Srikakulam from city to town. I don't have a specific perspective on which it is, but I'm curious what your rationale was for changing it and what criteria you used to determine that it is a town rather than a city. The remainder of the article describes it as a city, so deviating by calling it a town seems to add more confusion than is warranted. Thank you, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 05:37, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
