This appears to be wrong. There are at least three, perhaps four, all on Cape Breton Island.

The Grand Narrows Bridge, the railroad bridge at Barra Strait.
The road bridge across the Mira River. This may now be inoperative -- although USNGA pub 145, Sailing Directions for Nova Scotia and the St. Lawrence River, calls it out, the latest Canadian chart 4375 does not show an opening bridge there.
