New enough. Long enough. Neutral. Well written. Reliable citations throughout. Online citations check out. AGF on one offline citation. The only minor discrepancy I see is the height of the tower (185 ft vs. 186 ft) in two different sources. No copyright vios I could see. QPQ done. The main hook is sourced and works. GTG.
