Claim of "global nuclear confrontation"[edit]

The link to the first citation leads to a page that doesn't exist anymore. The article cited by the second link doesn't mention nuclear confrontation in any manner, only "nuclear deterrence." I will change this sentence, because it is misleading (not to mention effectively uncited). 97.125.48.202 (talk) 18:16, 7 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
