Can Hitler be considered Stalin's stalking horse?

Stalin thought the former would be useful to the USSR for destroying the capitalist economies of Europe through many years, thus paving the way for communism through either internal revolution or external Soviet conquest after an extensive recovery of the red army from his purges of the 1930's. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vctrbarbieri (talkcontribs) 22:59, 31 May 2018 (UTC)
