Kicked rotor

[edit]

I humbly think that the Kicked rotator should be a separate topic because it is not a map but a continuous-time model. Only if there is no noise and no dissipation it can be reduced to a discrete time map. Otherwise it is essential to keep the time as continuous! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Doroncohen (talkcontribs) 07:49, 29 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Bad images!?

[edit]

I don't understand where the current image came from. It looks wrong to me, it should look like those in the Ukranian article:

uk:Стандартне відображення

thumb|right|300px|Рис.1. K=0.5 thumb|right|300px|Рис.2. K=0.971635 thumb|right|300px|Рис. 3. K=1.5

Or the Hebrew one: he:מיפוי סטנדרטי. I'm gonna rip it out, preparing some new colorful ones. linas (talk) 19:06, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, its sideways from the usual conventions. Whatever. linas (talk) 19:16, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
