No, there's the same amount of info for Thicket than there is for Paul Calf, so leave it as it is.

Alfred Molina

Jeremy Clarkson parodies - in the early 1990s ?

Didn't Coogan appear in a short-lived ( single season ? ) comedy series in the early 1990's - a comedy sketch show with an ensemble cast of "young up-and-coming performers" ? This was broadcast late night / early morning in the early days of 24-hour broadcasting in Britain.
Every ( ? ) edition featured a sketch with Coogan impersonating Jeremy Clarkson, playing in a children's playground, while reviewing some iconic vehicle from sci-fi. Scenes like sitting on the swings and announcing: "This week, I am test-driving... this TARDIS..." ( The Gallifreyan Gravity-Drive was a bit erratic, apparently. )
I seem to remember reviews of a TARDIS, an Angel Interceptor, and the Nostromo, among others.

His love of cars

I feel I have to dispute the following paragraph: "A well noted car enthusiast, he has had a succession of Ferraris, but stopped buying them after realising that the depreciation and running costs were greater than hiring a private plane.[12] Coogan currently drives one of the final air-cooled Porsche 911 Carrera 4s.[11]

In an interview conducted on his official (I think) homepage ("http://www.coogans-run.co.uk/h/steve-coogan-newsitem.php?id=719) in 2008 he states:

It's still "a-ha". Sometimes there are, unfortunately, a few meat heads who go 'I saw you on Top Gear.' The kind of people who I can frankly do without. Because I've done Top Gear about three times some people think that's what I do. I don't think cars are great. It's just a distraction for me. I do think the presenters on Top Gear are faintly embarrassing. I went on there one time and took the p*ss out of Jeremy Clarkson's clothes and none of the audience thought it was remotely funny. The audience were like 'what's wrong with the way he dresses; he's really cool.' Bounced back

"In 1997 he bounced back with the sitcom I'm Alan Partridge, which was followed by a second series in 2002" Although humerous "bounced back" here is obviously refering Alan partridge's failed autobiography in the second series of I'm Alan Partridge by the same name. This is therefore not acceptable in a encyclopedic context.

I suspect an ironic reference too as Coogan never did 'bounce back' did he? Certainly not emotionally and I think not in a career way either. Wonder how he feels about that?

Hacked by NOTW

Politics

On the commentary for Series 2 of I'm Alan Partridge, Coogan states that he is a socialist who enjoys paying taxes, whilst discussing the eponymous character's investigation by the Inland Revenue.

What he actually said was that he wasn't one of those people who on one hand complained that public services were terrible, but on the other hand objected to paying anything but the lowest possible taxes, to which he added that he was a socialist. Can we please be mindful of WP:BLPSOURCES on this article? We absolutely cannot use the Daily Mail or a gossip website to source contentious material on a living person. Drugs & Owen Wilson Suicide attempt.

Numerous news reports exist within the UK mainstream press and internationally regarding Coogan's fierce drug habits and negative influence. Coogan has been accused of providing serious drugs to people just leaving rehab and was directly blamed by many reliable news outlets for Owen Wilson's relapse and suicide attempt.

Mark Mason of The Spectator says this: "It's a good job Steve Coogan is a brilliant actor: he conveys Stan’s likeability so well that for 97 minutes you forget what a self-regarding arse Coogan himself is in real life."
