Class[edit]

What should the class be on an article such as this without much info? I don't know if this would be considered stub, start or C.--CaroleHenson (talk) 00:15, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Able to use referenced info from another WP article?[edit]

The best descriptive information that I found about this painting was in the article for van Gogh. Vincent_van_Gogh#Nuenen_and_Antwerp_.281883.E2.80.931886.29 - third paragraph. There are two references for that information (62, 62). Is it allowed to pull referenced information + the references from one article to another?--CaroleHenson (talk) 00:20, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You can use the references, but not the article - avoid wikipedia referencing wikipedia...Modernist (talk) 00:22, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, thanks!! And thanks for the edits you've made on recent articles! Great job! --CaroleHenson (talk) 00:25, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

geographic coord info=[edit]

I'm still learning the ropes here so I was hoping you could help me understand why a painting should provide geographic coordinate info - or maybe just that it should be included in some sort of Netherlands category. You added to Still Life with Straw Hat and I'm just trying to figure out: what should be done for this painting and well as other articles I'm writing about paintings. Thanks so much!!!
